SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

1. Program Description

This messaging program sends appointment confirmations, reminders, and support messages to customers who have booked with Everflow through our website at geteverflow.ai, or via our scheduling forms, and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications.
Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. Messages may include confirmations, rescheduling updates, or Everflow-related service updates.

2. Cancellation Instructions

You can cancel SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the number that messaged you. You’ll receive a final confirmation via SMS and no further messages. To rejoin, sign up again as you did before.

3. Support Information

4. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Message & Data Rates

Message/data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary depending on service usage. For SMS/data plans, contact your carrier.

6. Supported Carriers

Our SMS program works with all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others.

7. Age Restriction

You must be 18 years or older to use our SMS services.

3. Subscription & Payment Terms

Everflow is offered on a subscription basis. You are billed monthly in advance. Failure to pay may result in account suspension. Refunds are not provided unless otherwise stated.

Money-Back Guarantee

If your plan includes the “Book-A-Job Guarantee,” you may request a full refund if no job was booked within your first 30 days. Refund eligibility will be verified via internal activity tracking.

4. AI & Automation Disclaimer

You acknowledge our services use AI to generate responses. While we aim for accuracy, errors may occur. You are responsible for how our AI interacts with your leads or customers.

By entering your contact info on our site, you consent to receive emails, calls, and SMS messages for:

6. Data & Privacy

9. Service Availability

We strive for high uptime, but outages or errors may occur. We are not liable for service interruptions.

10. Termination

We may suspend or cancel your account at any time for any reason. You may cancel your subscription at any time, subject to our refund policy.
